Mr. Mukesh Jain is a Commerce graduate with over 45 years of extensive experience in business and industry, including more than three decades in the auto components sector. He has been associated with the Company since March 31, 1998.
He oversees the Company’s financial operations and administration, bringing strong financial acumen and comprehensive business insight. In addition, he possesses in-depth knowledge of machining and casting processes, with recognized expertise in these areas, enabling him to contribute effectively to both operational and technical aspects of the business.
With his deep understanding of industry dynamics and organizational management, he plays a key role in ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
Mr. Mukesh Jain’s experience, commitment, and leadership have been instrumental in supporting the Company’s sustained growth and development. His strategic guidance and hands-on approach continue to add significant value to the organization.
In recognition of his dedication, integrity, and long-standing contribution to the Company, the Board of Directors considers his continued appointment as Chairman and Whole-Time Director to be in the best interests of the Company.
